Are devils and jinn present in Hell and responsible for it, or is the punishment of Hell confined to humans?

Jinn are accountable and responsible; their believers enter Paradise and their disbelievers enter Hell, just like humans. Allah created them for His worship, similar to humans, as indicated by the texts of the Holy Quran and the consensus of scholars. As for the شبهة (misconception/doubt) that since they were created from fire, how can they be tormented by it? The answer is that their creation from fire does not mean that fire does not affect them, just as humans were created from earth yet are harmed by earth. As for those in charge of tormenting the inhabitants of Hell, they are mighty and stern angels who do not disobey Allah. They are called Az-Zabaniyah, and their chief is Malik, the keeper of Hell.
