What is the ruling on the regular credit card from AlAhli Bank, linked to the Qitaf program?

It is not permissible to use the credit card issued by Al Ahli Bank, because it is based on organized Tawarruq (monetization) through banking, and the money generated from it is considered unlawful because it is based on something unlawful. Dr. Muhammad Al-Osaimi has issued a fatwa stating that it is a usurious card and it is not permissible to sign its terms, even if the customer pays the amount immediately.

Furthermore, it is not permissible to accept gifts or rewards from the bank in exchange for depositing a balance or money from Tawarruq, because these are considered gifts given for a loan.
