Is it permissible for a single person to imagine having sexual intercourse with the Hoor al-Ain in order to relieve intense sexual urges?

A person is not held accountable for mere self-talk (passing thoughts), for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned my Ummah for whatever thoughts cross their minds, as long as they do not act upon them or speak them." However, if thinking and imagining lead to falling into a forbidden act, such as masturbation, then it is impermissible. Indulging in passing thoughts is a gateway to temptation and corruption, because they are the seeds of Satan and the self in the heart. If they take root, Satan nurtures them until they bear fruit in actions. The legitimate way to overcome lust is marriage for those who are able. Otherwise, it is fasting while guarding one's hearing and sight. Occupy yourself with what benefits you, strive for the companionship of the righteous, and عليك بكثرة الدعاء والاعتصام بالله (you must frequently supplicate and seek refuge in Allah).
