What is the ruling on a wife dancing for her husband in dancers' attire to the rhythm of a recorded drum, throwing money during the dance, and then collecting it after she finishes?

A woman's dancing for her husband to the rhythm of the duff (a type of tambourine) is permissible. As for the husband throwing money at his wife while dancing, the default ruling is permissibility. However, there is a concern that this might constitute an unlawful imitation of the dissolute and the frivolous, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them."
