ما دليل أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعرف اسم من يصلي عليه؟

Allah has appointed angels who convey the salutations and prayers upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to him whenever anyone from his nation sends them. As for the claim that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) will call out by name those who used to send prayers upon him in this world, there is no basis for it. It is not permissible to mention it, as it involves daring to speak about the unseen and fabricating lies against the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever narrates a Hadith from me which he deems to be a lie, then he is one of the liars." It is sufficient honor and virtue that the people closest to him (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Day of Resurrection will be those who sent the most prayers upon him.
