Is it permissible for the sponsor to stipulate obtaining a sum of 200,000 Riyals in exchange for approving the transfer of a project's sponsorship, after he withdrew from participating in it and the young man financed the project by himself?

It is not permissible for the sponsor to oblige the sponsored person to pay money merely for the sponsorship or the commercial registration, nor is it permissible for him to stipulate a sum of money for transferring the sponsorship of the sponsored person.
