How sound is the statement attributed to God: "God places His power in His weakest creatures"?

"Rubba Dharatin Nafia" (Perhaps a harm is beneficial) is not a prophetic Hadith (definition). Rather, it is a famous proverb that expresses the immense power of Allah Almighty, demonstrated through His weak creatures, and it does not mean that Allah's power resides within the creature itself. An example of this is Allah's saying about the fly: (O mankind! A parable has been presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they were to gather together for it. And if a fly were to steal anything from them, they would not be able to reclaim it from it. Weak is the pursuer and the pursued) (Al-Hajj/73). This verse shows the inability of the supposed deities to even create a fly or reclaim anything from it. Similarly, Allah destroyed Abraha and his army with "Ababil birds," and He destroyed Namrud with a mosquito, which indicates that Allah empowers His weakest creatures over whomever He wills to demonstrate His power.
