What is the ruling on the sequential arrangement of the regular supererogatory prayers (Sunan Ratibah)?

If a Muslim misses an obligatory prayer and its associated regular (ratibah) sunnah prayer, he should make up the obligatory prayer first, then the ratibah. He should not prioritize the ratibah over the obligatory prayer, because making up a prayer is akin to performing it on time. If he misses multiple regular sunnah prayers, he should make them up in their proper order. Thus, he should make up the Dhuhr ratibah before the Asr, and the Asr before the Maghrib, and the ratibah prayers of a previous day before those of a later day.
