How can one deal with colleagues who backbite, and what is the interpretation of seeing scorpions in a dream in this context?

Allah has forbidden backbiting and likened the backbiter to one who devours the flesh of his dead brother. He has also promised punishment for backbiters. The Prophet (peace be upon him) once passed by people who had claws with which they scratched their faces and chests, and these were the ones who consumed people's flesh and slandered their honor.

It is better for the one who has been wronged or harmed to forgive and pardon, so that he may attain the reward of the pious and patient, as stated in the verse: "So whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah." (Quran 42:40) And His saying: "And let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you?" (Quran 24:22).

Therefore, it is advised to continue practicing religion and not to abandon work.
