What is the ruling on praying in a mosque where some people are buried beneath its tiles, and to its left, at a distance of 2 meters, there is a cemetery containing a dome for one of the righteous, and in front of it there is a prominent grave raised 10 centimeters above ground level?

As long as the mosque has been rebuilt and the graves leveled with the ground, there is no harm in praying in it. It must be noted that it is not permissible to bury in the mosque nor to build a mosque over graves. However, graves outside the mosque do not affect the permissibility of praying in it.
