When did the Companion Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman disseminate the Hadiths related to tribulations (fitan) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, entrusted him with?

The narrations attributed specifically to Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) are not limited to narrations about tribulations (fitan); rather, they included other matters, such as the names of the hypocrites. The assertion that Hudhayfah did not narrate about tribulations except during the caliphate of Umar requires investigation and scrutiny, and no scholar has ever made such a claim.

There is evidence indicating that Hudhayfah did not narrate all the hadiths about tribulations before his death, but rather he would convey some of them on certain occasions, as in his story with Umar when he asked him about the tribulation that would surge like waves in the sea. Hudhayfah informed him that there was a locked door between him and it, which was Umar himself.
