What is the ruling on saying "I adjure you by God to publish it" when requesting the publication of a specific vision (ru'ya)?

The statement by the senders of these messages, "I adjure you by Allah," means "I ask you to swear by Allah that you will send them." This phrase is not considered a legal oath (yameen shar'i) because it is not formulated as such. Therefore, it is not recommended to disseminate these messages with the intention of fulfilling an oath, as there is no legally recognized oath in the first place.
