What is the ruling on doubting the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy), and how can its presence be verified and its location determined, and what is required when it is found on clothing while going out or while sleeping, and what is the correct way to purify oneself from it?

The questioner is afflicted with waswasa (whispering doubts) regarding purification. Therefore, they must fear Allah and cast away these whispers. If one is afflicted with madhi (pre-seminal fluid) on their clothes, it is sufficient to wash the spot of impurity, and they are not required to change their clothes. Doubts about the emission of madhi or its contact with a spot on the clothes are of no consequence. The default is that the place is pure, and certainty is not removed by doubt. It is not religiously required for them to perform two ablutions.
