Madhi (pre-seminal fluid) is impure and nullifies ablution. It is sufficient to wash the penis after its emission, and to sprinkle water on the inner garments if they are affected by it, by pouring water on the impure spot without squeezing or rubbing. However, if you doubt its emission during prayer, your prayer is valid. If you are certain of its emission after prayer, your prayer is valid and does not need to be repeated.
