What is the ruling on the prayer of one who finds remnants of mathi (pre-seminal fluid) on his clothes after purifying himself and performing ablution, and must he repeat the prayer?

One must be cautious of Satan's whisperings (waswasah) regarding purity (taharah) and prayer (salat). If the emission of madhy (prostatic fluid) is confirmed, it must be washed off, the penis must be washed, and ablution (wudu) must be performed for prayer. If madhy is found after the prayer, it is considered to have occurred incidentally thereafter, and the prayer does not need to be repeated. However, if it cannot be considered to have occurred incidentally thereafter, then it is considered to have been emitted before the prayer, and it must be washed off the garment and body, the penis must be washed, and it is more prudent (al-ahwat) to repeat the prayer in this case.
