Is it permissible to expiate an oath with 75 riyals, given that there are charities that allow it for 100 riyals?

The expiation for an oath is: feeding ten poor persons with the average food you provide your families, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one cannot find any of these, then it is fasting for three days. The feeding is by giving each poor person one mudd (approximately half a kilogram and ten grams), or two meals. It is permissible to give the value in cash if it is more beneficial for the poor, and it can be paid to trustworthy charitable organizations that handle expiations, taking into account the difference in prices between countries.
