Is it permissible to give zakat to a poor brother who has no income and supports a daughter, and to two sisters who are married to poor husbands?

It is permissible to give zakat to poor and needy siblings; in fact, they have a greater right to it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Charity given to a poor person is charity, and charity given to a relative is two: charity and upholding the ties of kinship."
