Is it permissible to take a portion of the Zakat given for distribution to the deserving, or to give it to relatives, and what should be done with it?

It is permissible to give Zakat to the eight categories mentioned in the Quran. If it is given to someone who is not eligible, the Zakat is not valid, and the giver must guarantee it, especially if they were informed of its rightful recipients. However, if the Zakat payer did not specify particular individuals, it is permissible to disburse it to those who are eligible.
