The son owns the roof that his father sold to him. Therefore, whatever he built on the roof is his private property, and none of the heirs share in it, nor does anyone share in the air above his roof. It is permissible to sell air above air or above a structure. The owner of the higher part owns the air above it, and whoever owns land owns its air infinitely.
