Is it permissible for someone whose hands are broken to turn the pages of the Quran with his feet, or is that considered disrespectful?

From proper etiquette is the preservation and veneration of the Book of Allah, in obedience to His saying, may He be exalted: {And whoever venerates the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts}. Deliberately insulting the Quran is considered apostasy. Turning its pages with one's feet is disrespectful unless there is an excuse, such as having broken hands, in which case it is not considered apostasy, but it is contrary to respect and good manners, so it is obligatory to avoid it and seek help from someone else.
