Is it permissible for a woman who has children from a previous marriage to marry another man on condition that he does not spend the night at her home and does not inform any of his acquaintances or family members about this marriage?

The children's maintenance is obligatory upon their father as long as they are young or incapacitated. For males, this continues until they reach adulthood and are capable of earning, and for females, until they marry, unless they possess their own wealth. There is no impediment to a woman marrying a man who stipulates that she will not spend the night at his home, provided she consents to it and the pillars and conditions of marriage are met. This falls under the category of a "Misyar" marriage. The condition stipulated by the husband that the marriage be kept secret from his family or acquaintances does not invalidate the marriage according to the majority of scholars.
