Does signing a marriage document during elementary or middle school, without remembering the details of it, constitute a real marriage and prevent the current suitor from marrying?

What you have mentioned entails nothing, as long as you are in doubt about its occurrence. Marriage has conditions without which it is not valid. There is no blame upon you in completing the marriage with your suitor. We advise you to perform Istikhara and entrust the matter to Allah.
