Is the marriage contract that was concluded without the real father's name valid, and does the marriage of two sisters for four years change its validity?

Marriage has well-known pillars without which it cannot be contracted: the presence of the woman's guardian or his representative, along with two just witnesses, and a formula indicating the contract. If the marriage was contracted with its legal pillars, then it is valid and enforceable, and the father's registration of the contract under a name other than his real name does not affect it. However, the father must repent to Allah for forging the visa.
