What is the meaning of "Al-Mukhbitin" in His Almighty's saying: "And give good tidings to Al-Mukhbitin"?

The "Mukhbit" is one who submits to his Lord, surrenders to His command, and is humble towards His servants. Al-Qurtubi said: The Mukhbit is the humble and devout one among the believers, those who do not oppress, and if oppressed, they do not seek revenge, and they are tranquil regarding Allah's command. Al-Sa'di mentioned that the characteristics of the "Mukhbiteen" include: their hearts trembling when Allah is mentioned, patience in enduring adversity, hardship, and harm without resentment, performing prayer completely, and spending from what Allah has provided them, both obligatory and supererogatory.
