What is the share of each heir from the deceased's inheritance, and what is the ruling on the car registered in his name that his wife bought with her own money, given that he has a debt and an obligatory Hajj to perform?

Before dividing the inheritance of the deceased, their debts must be paid off, as debt repayment takes precedence over the rights of the heirs, based on the words of the Almighty: "after any bequest he may have made or any debt." Also, enough must be set aside for Hajj on their behalf if they were capable but did not perform it. The remaining inheritance is then divided according to Islamic law. The mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth in addition to the remainder by residuary right (ta'sib), the wife receives one-eighth, and the daughter receives one-half. The father excludes siblings, paternal uncles, and their sons. The share of the young daughter is safeguarded, and her guardian is responsible for managing it. The car registered in the name of the deceased belongs to them, and the parents' testimony that the wife bought it with her money is not sufficient to prove her ownership of it, unless the parents relinquish their share to the wife, while preserving the daughter's share. In case of dispute, the matter should be referred to the Sharia court.
