What is the share of each heir from the deceased's inheritance, and is Hajj obligatory from the estate, knowing that the heirs are: a mother, one daughter, one wife, three full sisters, and one maternal half-sister, and that the deceased did not perform Hajj despite being financially capable, and no one performed Hajj on his behalf?

If a person dies without having performed the obligatory Hajj despite being able to, then the heirs must, before dividing the inheritance, allocate funds for someone to perform Hajj on behalf of the deceased. This is considered an obligatory debt, based on the Almighty's saying: "after any bequest he may have made or debt." After deducting the Hajj expenses, the remaining inheritance is divided according to Islamic law. If the heirs are the mother, the wife, the daughter, three full sisters, and a maternal half-sister, then:

The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a descendant heir (the daughter), based on the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them will have one sixth of what he left if he had a child." The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a descendant heir, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave." The daughter receives one-half, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, she will have half." The remainder goes to the full sisters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), distributed equally among them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "He gave the sister what remained after the share of the daughter and the son's daughter." The maternal half-sister receives nothing because she is excluded from inheritance by the daughter through hajb hirman (complete exclusion).

The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: the mother receives 12 shares, the wife receives 9 shares, the daughter receives 36 shares, and the three full sisters receive 15 shares (5 shares for each).
