What is the ruling on working in a company that compels one to shake hands with young, immodestly dressed women?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to work in a place where their religion and morals are exposed to temptation, except out of necessity. They must avoid forbidden intermingling and lower their gaze. Handshakes [with the opposite gender] are forbidden, and the claim of compulsion is a weak excuse. A Muslim must be strong and firm in their principles.
