Is the prayer of a woman who prays, but wears short clothes, uses perfume, and does not cover her hair after prayer, valid?

A woman's display of her adornment (tabarruj) and use of perfume in front of men are sins that have a negative impact on her religion, morals, and honor. The prayer of a woman whose condition is such will not yield its desired fruit, because a complete prayer restrains from indecency and evil. If a woman does not cover what she is obligated to cover in prayer, then her prayer is invalid to begin with. A woman must avoid what displeases her Lord and adhere to the rulings of Islamic law regarding her hijab, attire, and going out.
