Is it permissible to continue reciting "Glorified are You, O Allah, and with Your praise, I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You" at all times and in all circumstances, knowing that it is an expiation for the sitting and that I regularly recite other remembrances?

Encourage the Muslim to increase in the remembrance of Allah Almighty, and congratulate him on that, because the remembrance of Allah is among the best deeds by which a Muslim attains great reward, for Allah Almighty says: "And remember Allah much, that you may succeed." And increasing in saying: "Glorified are You, O Allah, and with Your praise, I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You" is a good matter, and it falls under the general virtue of remembrance, and is not considered a specific act of worship. And the proof for this is what Al-Bukhari narrated from Anas ibn Malik about the Companion who used to recite Surat Al-Ikhlas in every rak'ah, whereupon the Prophet said to him: "Your love for it has admitted you to Paradise."
