What is the ruling on delaying ghusl from a wet dream until after Fajr prayer, given that there is ample time before Dhuhr prayer?

It is permissible to delay the ghusl (ritual bath) for janabah (state of ritual impurity following sexual intercourse or seminal emission) until the time of performing the prayer, even if there is no necessity. This is because the obligation of ghusl is not immediate but rather deferred; it only becomes obligatory when one intends to perform an act that is forbidden in the state of janabah, such as prayer.
