What should I do about my job at a company that requires tasks to be completed in a tight timeframe, which leads some to execute them improperly with the knowledge of supervisors, and without the knowledge of the beneficiary, knowing that correcting this matter may lead to the termination of the contract and harm the employees?

If the implementation violates the agreed-upon conditions between the company and the entity, and harms it, then it is impermissible to carry it out or cooperate in it, even if supervisors order it; because it is deception and fraud. Allah Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us," and "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
