Since you have learned that working for this company is unlawful, you must leave it immediately, unless there is a necessity.

As for the salary you received from this work before knowing its unlawfulness, there is no blame upon you for benefiting from it, for Allah Almighty says: ﴿But whoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops, he may have what has already passed, and his affair is left to Allah﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 275].

If he was ignorant and did not know that it was unlawful, then his repentance expiates what came before it, and it is rightfully his. However, if he took it while knowing it was unlawful, then he must give it away as charity.
