What is the legal way to return a wife who was divorced by triple talaq before consummation of the marriage?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it overwhelms one's intellect. If the husband was aware of what he was saying when he uttered the divorce, then what he said is binding upon him. And if he declared his wife forbidden, the divorce occurs according to his intention. The wife has been irrevocably divorced (Bainunah Kubra), according to the majority of scholars, due to the occurrence of all the divorces. Some scholars hold that a triple divorce counts as one and results in a revocable divorce (Bainunah Sughra). The husband cannot take his wife back except with a new contract. It is preferable to present the matter to the Sharia (definition) courts.
