Is it permissible to change skin color from dark to red using chemical substances if necessity dictates, especially since men in Hargeisa consider red a beauty?

It is permissible to change the color of the face or redden it with materials that disappear over time and do not prevent water from reaching the skin, provided that there is no harm in them, or alteration of Allah's creation by peeling the skin, or imitation of disbelievers, or deception of a suitor.
