Working in usurious banks is forbidden. Your relative must repent from his previous work in the usurious bank by feeling remorse and resolving not to return to it. He must dispose of the pension received from the usurious bank by spending it on general Muslim welfare, unless he is compelled to take a portion of it to meet his essential needs or the needs of those he supports.
