Is it permissible for a traveler, if he intends to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, to call the Adhan and Iqamah for the Asr prayer after concluding the Dhuhr prayer with Taslim?

For the traveler, it is permissible to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, either by performing them earlier (jam’ taqdeem) or later (jam’ ta’kheer), with one adhan and two iqamahs. So, he gives the adhan, then performs the iqamah for Dhuhr and prays it, then performs the iqamah for Asr and prays it.
