Is the repentance of one who read horoscopes and partially believed them accepted, knowing that she suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder?

It is not permissible to consult those who claim knowledge of the unseen. For whoever consults them, their prayers will not be accepted for forty days. And whoever believes them has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. One must repent to Allah with sincere repentance, for the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin. Sincere repentance erases the effect of sin, for Allah forgives all sins.
