How many necessary heavily-stressed word extensions (madd lazim kalimi muthaqqal) are there, and in which Quranic verses are they found?

The Tajwid scholars did not mention the number of words containing Al-Madd Al-Kalimi Al-Muthaqqal (heavy word lengthening) in the Quran because there is no significant benefit in knowing their number, as long as the reciter knows and applies the rule. The rule for Al-Madd Al-Kalimi Al-Muthaqqal is that a mushaddad (geminated) letter follows a letter of madd (Alif, Waw, or Ya) within the same word. Examples include: Al-Dhaallin (for Alif), wa Mudharr (for the extreme), and a Tuhajjuni (for Waw). An example of Al-Madd Al-Kalimi Al-Muthaqqal with Ya was not mentioned in this context, despite its frequent occurrence in Al-Madd Al-Harfi (letter lengthening).
