What surah in the Qur'an did Allah not reveal the like of in the Torah and the Gospel?

This Surah is Surah Al-Fatihah, and this is indicated by what Al-Hakim reported from Ubayy ibn Ka’b that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Shall I not teach you a Surah the like of which has not been revealed in the Torah, nor in the Gospel, nor in the Psalms, nor in the Furqan?” When Ubayy recited the Opening of the Book, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him: “It is that, and it is the Seven Oft-Repeated Verses and the Magnificent Qur’an which I have been given.”
