It is not permissible for a woman to swallow semen, nor is it permissible for her husband to order her to do so or to consent to it, because it is impure according to many jurists, and consuming it is forbidden. As for those who consider it pure, such as the Shafi'is, it is still not permissible to swallow it due to its repulsiveness, and a person with a sound innate disposition would not approve of such a thing.
