What is the ruling on a woman working outside the home out of necessity to improve financial conditions, given the presence of an infant?

If a woman needs to go out for work, there is no harm in that, provided she adheres to the Shariah guidelines, such as the husband's permission, wearing the hijab, avoiding mixing with men, and refraining from using perfume and adorning herself.
