Is there a way out of a divorce conditional on the wife speaking with her foster brother?

According to the majority of scholars, swearing by divorce is a binding oath, and it is not permissible to retract it except, in the opinion of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, for someone who wishes to withdraw the conditional statement.

If the wife speaks to her foster brother—in the manner intended—divorce occurs according to the majority of scholars. The husband may take her back before the completion of the iddah if this divorce does not complete the three divorces.

According to Ibn Taymiyyah, an expiation for breaking an oath is required if divorce was not intended.
