Is the wife obliged to tell her husband about the presence of a child's urine in a spot in the house if the husband steps on that spot unknowingly?

A Muslim should be keen to advise his Muslim brother in all matters, and to love for him what he loves for himself and dislike for him what he dislikes for himself. This is due to the obligation of offering sincere advice to all Muslims.
