Is it obligatory for the husband to clean his children from urine, or is that exclusive to the wife?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, arbitrated between Ali and Fatimah regarding the matter of service. He ruled that Fatimah was responsible for the internal service (household chores) and Ali for the external service. Accordingly, the wife is responsible for the children's affairs and their cleanliness. It is desirable for a man to help his wife with household chores in matters that are not customarily considered shameful, such as washing clothes, fetching water, sweeping the house, and cooking.
