ما هي المسافة التي يجب على المسلم أن يلبي فيها النداء والصلاة في المسجد؟

1 min readAlso available in العربية

The further a Muslim's house is from the mosque, the greater their reward and recompense for attending congregational prayers. Therefore, a Muslim must be diligent in observing them. Congregational prayer is obligatory for anyone who hears the call to prayer (adhan) with a normal voice, without a loudspeaker, provided the muezzin raises his voice and there is no wind or noise. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people who receive the greatest reward for prayer are those who walk the farthest, then those who walk after them." He also said: "Whoever hears the call and does not come, there is no prayer for him except for one with an excuse."
