What is the ruling on the game "Trash Pack" which relies on throwing dolls at an opponent's dolls to win them, and is it considered a form of gambling (qimar) and maysir?

The jurists have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of gambling that involves risk-taking between players over real money, whether cash or other forms, considering it among the major sins. Games that involve taking dolls or similar items from an opponent without real ownership are not considered forbidden gambling.

However, many scholars have prohibited competitive games merely for amusement, even without gambling, because they cause distraction from the remembrance of Allah and prayer.

A Muslim should utilize their time in what benefits them in their religion and worldly life, and avoid occupying themselves with what wastes time without benefit, for a Muslim will be held accountable for their time on the Day of Judgment.
