What is the ruling on Tawarruq at Arab Bank, and do its transactions involve any doubt?

We have not reviewed the Tawarruq system at Arab Bank, and therefore, we cannot pass judgment on it. Tawarruq is a matter of scholarly disagreement, with the preponderant view being its permissibility.
