Are scattered drops of water from washing an impure item considered to make clothes impure?

If the impurity has visible characteristics like color or odor, it is not purified unless these characteristics are removed. Water that splashes off from washing is considered impure if it has changed due to the impurity, or if it hit the garment before the place of impurity was purified. In this case, whatever part of the garment was splashed must be washed. However, if the water separates without changing after the impurity has been purified, it is pure. If the impurity has an odor but no color (like urine in some cases), it is sufficient for water to flow over it until the odor disappears. If the water separates after the odor has gone, it is pure; but if it separates before the odor has gone, it is impure.
