How is the inheritance of a woman who died leaving two sons and a daughter to be divided, then one of the sons died leaving two daughters, a wife, a full brother, and a full sister, then the second son died leaving a wife, a daughter, and a full sister?

The estate of the deceased (mother) is to be divided among her two sons and her daughter, with the male receiving the share of two females.

As for her son who died leaving a wife, two daughters, a full brother, and a full sister: his wife receives one-eighth, his two daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the full brother and full sister, with the male receiving the share of two females.

As for her second son who died leaving a wife, a daughter, and a sister: his wife receives one-eighth, his daughter receives one-half, and the remainder goes to the sister by ta’sib (residuary heirship).

These successions must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation before distribution, due to the possibility of wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
