Working in the construction of tourist cities and villages, and in the real estate and tourism sectors, is permissible in principle. However, it may become unlawful if companies build facilities that are used for disobedience, such as dance halls or bars, in which case working in such situations becomes prohibited. If companies specialize exclusively in such activities, then working for them is absolutely impermissible. But if their work is mixed, it is permissible in what is lawful, and prohibited in what is not.
